The Ithaca League of Women Rollers are back on the track May 9th with a double-header. Ithaca’s nationally ranked SufferJets (#73) will be kicking off the home season against #78 ranked Roc City Roller Derby from Rochester, NY. It’s sure to be an exciting match up as the SJs are looking to show Roc City who runs upstate NY.

You’ll want to come early to catch the first of two bouts that evening as the Ithaca League of Junior Rollers shows us the future of roller derby. These young women are raring and ready to show their talents in a battle of the home teams.

A portion of the night’s proceeds will go to the Tompkins County Public Library as they fundraise for a 21st Century Library.

Be sure to bring a chair and line up trackside starting at 5:00! Cheer on derby athletes of all ages for this amazing, multi-generational night of roller derby.
