The SufferJets are heated up and ready for a rematch! On Saturday June 13th, Ithaca Roller Derby’s All-Stars will take on Suburbia Roller Derby’s Suburban Brawl at Cass Park Rink. After a tough loss last April, the # 80 ranked SufferJets are looking for a come back on their home turf against the #81 ranked Suburban Brawl. The competition is sure to get heated as this yearly rivalry flares up and takes the track! Enjoy a beautiful summer evening on the shore of Cayuga Lake and cheer on the SJs in true Ithaca fashion.
After party is at Silky Jones, our favorite spot to groove!
A portion of the bout proceeds will go to support Ithaca’s FoodNet Meals on Wheels. The event will also feature music by veteran skater Gunder N’ Lighting as DJ Gundz, a halftime show performance by Alicia Freedman Belly Dancers and awesome Chuck-A-Duck prizes.
