We will be hosting an Orientation Night for skaters and families on Thursday October 17 from 6-7pm at our practice facility, located at:
2073 East Shore Drive in Lansing (behind Rogue’s Harbor Inn)
This will be a great opportunity for new skaters to meet the coaches and ask any questions you may have.
Our next session will begin on Tuesday October 22, 2013. ALL SKATERS/PARENTS please visit our info pages to register before October 15.
- Practice will be held on Tuesday & Thursday from 6-7:30 pm at the practice facility. Skaters will need a pair of quad roller skates (no in-lines), helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, & a mouth guard.
- Visit our beginner gear guide page for some good info on skates & gear.
- Returning skaters, please take time to check your gear and replace anything that has been worn out. Safety First! We have a limited supply of loaner gear available for $3 per practice if you do not have all of the necessary gear. Mouth guards are available to purchase for $1.
- The fee for this session will be $90 for October 22-December 19. Families with multiple skaters will receive a $10 discount per skater ($80 each). We are returning to an advance payment plan this session in place of the monthly invoicing system we used last season. Please submit the full payment prior to October 22.
- Roller Derby is a full contact sport, so all skaters also must pay for annual insurance coverage. New skaters will need to pay the $35 insurance fee to begin their coverage prior to their first practice (Returning skaters are still covered under their previous insurance payment for the remainder of 2013).

NOTE: All outstanding balances from last session must be paid before funds will be applied to the new session.
